摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)是一种导致老年人视力减退和失明的主要疾病,对老年人及其家庭成员的身心健康产生严重影响。我们在分析AMD临床特点及发病机制基础上,对目前应用于临床的最新AMD治疗方法进行综述,并对各种治疗方法的适应性和局限性进行阐述和说明。
Age-related macular degeneration（AMD） is the chief cause of severe and irreversible loss of vision and blindness for elderly people,and it severely affects the elderly and their family members＇ physical and mental health.Based on the analysis of clinical features and pathogenesis of AMD,the latest clinical applications of AMD treatments are reviewed,and the adaptability of various treatments and their limitations are elaborated and explained.
