摘要
通过数炉次高品质5356焊材研制,对标准合金成分中杂质含量进行严格控制,同时采用等离子净化除气装置、无钠型辅料及除钠剂等技术措施,获得性能优良的5356合金铸锭。采用固体检测法检测5356铸锭每100 g中的含氢量小于0.15 mL,钠的质量分数≤1×10-3。铸锭均火前、后的金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜微观组织及能谱分析表明,焊材成分设计合理,熔体质量控制技术可行,组织分析中未见有害粗大的初生相和杂质相,组织细小、均匀,未见明显气孔,钠当量控制达到预期目标。
Melt quality control technology of 5356 alloy welding material was studied.5356 alloy ingot of high property was obtained by the optimization design of standard 5356 alloy composition,impurity control and plasma purification/degassing,and by using sodium-free auxiliary material and sodium removing agent.Hydrogen content of ingot was detected by solid-detecting method.The result shows that the requirement of H0.15 cm3/100 g and Na≤1×10-3 is satisfied.The microstructures before and after homogenization annealing were analyzed by OM,SEM,TEM and energy spectrum method.The results show that welding composition and processing technology are reasonable and feasible,no coarse primary phase and impurity are found in the microstructure analysis.The microstructure is fine,and homogeeous,and no obvious pores are found.Na content reaches the expected aim.
