摘要
采用高温固相法合成新型Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu红色荧光粉,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及荧光光谱对其进行了表征。结果表明:合成的Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu属于六角晶系,可被近紫外光(394 nm)和蓝光(464 nm)有效激发,发射峰值位于614 nm(对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁),激发波长与目前广泛使用的蓝光和紫外光发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)芯片相符合。通过对合成制度的研究,确定Ca2(La0.9Eu0.1)8Si6O26红色荧光粉的最佳煅烧合成条件为在1 450℃下烧结4 h。采用4.5%(摩尔分数)Li2CO3作为助熔剂,或配料在800~1 000℃预烧2~4 h,就可有效地提高1 450℃煅烧的Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu的发光性能。
A novel red emitting phosphor Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu was synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction route.The sam-ples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and fluorescent spectrum measurement.The results show that these materials belong to hexagonal crystal system and the main emission peak of the samples locates at 614 nm(corresponding to the ^5D0→^7F2 transition of Eu^3+).These phosphors can be excited by ultraviolet light(394 nm) and blue light(464 nm) effectively,which indicates that Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu is a good light-conversion red phosphor candidate for the widely applied output wavelengths of ultraviolet or blue light-emitting diode(LED) chips.The luminescence properties and crystal structures of red phosphors prepared under different synthesis conditions were investigated.It is found that the Ca2(La0.9Eu0.1)8Si6O26 phosphor calcined at 1 450 ℃ for 4 h has the best luminescence properties.Taking 4.5%(mole fraction) Li2CO3 as flux,or making raw materials to be precalcined at 800–1 000 ℃ for 2–4 h,the luminescence properties of Ca2La8Si6O26:Eu phosphors calcined at 1 450 ℃ for 4 h can be improved significantly.
