摘要
帕金森病(PD)早期的临床表现多种多样,因症状非常不典型(如手足间歇性震颤、颈肩痛、便秘、焦虑、抑郁等)而经常被临床医师忽视,而且目前关于此方面的研究尚不多。质子磁共振波谱技术、神经功能成像技术等影像学检查技术的发展,使早期确诊PD成为可能。现主要就PD早期的运动和非运动症状的临床表现及诊断方法进行综述,以加深临床医师的认识,提高PD的早期识别率,有助于延缓疾病进展,提高患者生活质量。
Early clinical manifestations of Parkinson′s disease（PD）are variable and atypical,such as intermittent tremor,back pain,muscle tension,constipation,and anxiety-depression,frequently ignored by the clinicians.This aspect is not widely studied.The development of imaging technology,such as proton magnetic resonance and functional imaging makes it possible to diagnose PD at an early stage.The review summarizes the motor and non-motor symptoms in the early stage of PD and the diagnostic methods in aiming to improve the early identification and quality of life of the patients.
