辽宁长海海域叶绿素a和初级生产力的分布 被引量:5

摘要 2007年1月14~20日、4月3~8日、7月20~25日和10月22~27日利用荧光法和14C示踪法,对辽宁省长海海域的叶绿素a和初级生产力进行了调查。结果表明叶绿素a和初级生产力均有明显的季节变化。叶绿素a(0.36~1.94 mg/m3)和初级生产力(以C计)[170.27~1326.20 mg/(m2.d)]的季节变化均为夏季最高,冬季最低。叶绿素a和初级生产力平面分布均表现为近岸高,离岸低。透明度是影响初级生产力分布的重要因素。浮游植物的同化指数年平均值为2.54(1.26~4.25),夏季最高,春季最低。初级生产力可为长海海域的海洋养殖提供充足的饵料。 This paper studied the distribution of phytoplankton Chla,primary productivity(PP),and their relationships with environmental factors in Changhai waters of Liaoning from January 2007 to October 2007.The results showed that there were obvious temporal and spatial differences in Chla and PP.The seasonal values of Chla were 0.36~1.94 mg/m3,PP were 170.27~1326.20 mg/(m2·d).The highest values of Chla and PP were recorded in summer,and the lowest values were in winter.The horizontal distribution of PP showed that the higher values occurred inshore,and lower values occurred offshore.Seawater transparency was an important factor in affecting PP distribution annually.The average value of assimilation index was 2.54,exhibited the seasonal variables from 1.26 in spring to 4.25 in summer.Primary production could supply enough food for marine culture in Changhai waters.
