摘要
从学生标准化病人的选择、培训、考核评价标准建立、应用范围及优势等方面对学生标准化病人在我国护理教育领域的研究与应用现状进行综述,并针对学生标准化病人护理教学不能提供典型的阳性体征、不能完全体现出临床疾病的多样化、学生标准化病人的职业素养参差不齐等主要问题,提出了建立适合我国学生标准化病人护理教学发展的有效途径。
This paper reviewed the research advance and application of student standardized patients (SSP) for nursing education in China from the aspects of candidate selection, training, evaluation criteria, applied range and advantages. There were several main problems. SSP could not provide typical positive signs, and SSP had different levels of professionalism, and SSP could not totalXy manliest the variety of a disease. Aiming at these problems, the paper proposed effective approaches for training SSP suitable for Chinese nursing education.
