摘要
目的:探讨重症颅脑损伤患者术后早期治疗的最佳时机。方法:将本院2009年1月～2010年7月收治的60例重型颅脑损伤患者按照病程分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组,Ⅰ组22例,Ⅱ组21例,Ⅲ组17例,Ⅰ组的病程为≤2个月,Ⅱ组的病程为2～3个月,Ⅲ组病程为≥3个月,3组均进行术后的综合治疗,在入院时和出院后进行GCS评分和昏迷评定(GOS),并进行统计分析。结果:3组患者出院后与刚入院时的GCS比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;出院时3组患者的GCS与GOS两两比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:重症颅脑损伤患者术后早期治疗的最佳时机是前2个月,对重症颅脑损伤患者术后应采取综合的治疗措施。
Objective： To evaluate patients with severe traumatic brain injury the best time for early treatment. Methods： 60 patients in our hospital with severe head injury patients divided according to duration of Ⅰ , Ⅱ andⅢ, the three groups were carried out after the comprehensive treatment and discharge on admission GCS score and coma after the evaluation, and statistical analysis. Results： Three groups patients were discharged after first admission the GCS was significant difference in comparison, GCS and GOS pairwise comparisons were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The patients with severe traumatic brain injury is the best time of early treatment before the 2 months after severe traumatic brain injury patients comprehensive treatment measures should be taken.
