PAR-2及MVD在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨蛋白酶激活受体-2(protease-activated receptor-2,PAR-2)及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)在正常宫颈组织、宫颈原位癌、宫颈浸润癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测PAR-2及MVD在15例正常宫颈组织、20例宫颈原位癌组织、70例宫颈浸润癌组织中的表达。结果:宫颈浸润癌组织中PAR-2及MVD表达明显高于正常宫颈组(P<0.01),二者在宫颈浸润癌盆腔淋巴结转移组和未转移组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),与病理分级无关,PAR-2阳性表达组织中MVD明显高于阴性组织(P<0.01)。结论:PAR-2及MVD与宫颈癌的侵袭和淋巴转移密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of protease-activated receptor-2(PAR-2) and microvessel density(MVD) in normal cervix,carcinoma in situ of uterine cervix and invasive carcinoma of cervix.Methods:Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expressions of PAR-2 and MVD in 70 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,20 carcinoma in situ of uterine cervix,and 15 normal cervical specimens.Result: The expressions of PAR-2 and MVD were higher in cervical invasive car-cinoma than those in normal cervical tissues(P 〈 0.01).The expressions of PAR-2 and MVD in positive and negative lymph nodes metastasis of pelvic cavity were statistical significance(P 〈 0.01).The expression of MVD was significantly higher in PAR-2 positive group than that in negative group.Conclusion:PAR-2 and MVD are closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
