摘要
实施食品风险评估制度已成为发达国家应对食品安全问题的有效途径之一。介绍了风险分析体系和风险评估的关系,综述了国外食品风险评估体系研究及应用现状,并针对我国目前食品风险评估体系建设情况提出了相应措施与建议。
The system of risk assessment on food safety has been used as one of the efficient paths by many developed countries to cope with the food safety problems.The relationship between risk analysis and risk assessment was introduced in this paper,as well as researches and the current status of foods＇ risk assessment system running in various foreign countries.Corresponding revelations were given according to the construction status of Chinese foods＇ risk assessment system.
