摘要
简述电动离心喷头的结构和工作原理,并利用专用试验台对电动离心喷头进行性能试验。试验表明:雾化盘的转速、喷嘴流量和喷雾高度对雾滴体积中径和喷幅影响较大,而对雾滴分布均匀影响不大。确定无人直升机喷雾最佳作业参数:喷雾高度5m,流量850mL/min,雾化盘转速3094r/min,雾滴体积中径为296.29μm,喷幅3.5m。
This paper briefly describes the structure and working principles of electrical-driven centrifugal nozzle,and testes its performance with special test-bed.The results show that rotary speed of spay dish,flow rate of nozzle and spray height have more effects on droplet size and spray width,but little on droplet distribution.Optimal spray parameters of un-manned helicopter have been obtained as 5m spray height,850mL/min flow rate,3094r/min rotary speed,296.29μm VMD,and 3.5m spray swath.
