摘要
为了解105株动物源携带耶尔森强毒力岛的大肠埃希菌耐药状况和致病性,分别对各分离菌进行28种抗菌药物的敏感性测定,并选择不同毒力基因型的10株大肠埃希菌进行雏鸭的致病性试验。结果表明,分离菌对四环素、多西环素、氨苄西林、阿莫西林、复方磺胺甲口恶唑、链霉素耐药性较高,耐药率均在80%以上;敏感率在80%以上的药物有头孢他啶、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、头孢西丁、氨曲南、头孢曲松、奈替米星;其他药物均显示较高的耐药率;105株大肠埃希菌中有87种耐药谱。10株大肠埃希菌对雏鸭的致病性均很强,且同样的基因型表现出的致病特性不一致。结果说明大肠埃希菌分离菌株耐药性严重和致病性强,提示防治大肠埃希菌病的重要性。
In order to identify the resistance condition of 105 Escherichia coli strains with Yersinia HPI and their pathogenicity,the antimicrobial sensitivity tests were carried out to Escherichia coli,and the pathogenicity tests of 10 strains to ducks were carried out.The results indicated that the isolates displayed a high-level resistance to totetracycline,doxycycline,ampicillin,amoxicillin,trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and streptomycin,with a resistance rate above 80%;However,those strains displayed a high-level sensitivity to ceftazidime,ampicillin/sulbactam,amikacin,cefoxitin,aztreonam,ceftriaxone and netilmicin with a rate above 80%.Among the 105 isolates of Escherichia coli,there were 87 sorts of resistance spectrums.The results showed that all of those 10 strains displayed strong pathogenicity to ducks;There was not positive correlation between the genotype and their pathogenicity.The results prompted the severity of drug resistance in Escherichia coli isolates,and the importance of prevention colibacillosis.
