摘要
利用混酸消解样品,建立了顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定洗洁精中砷含量的方法。对仪器工作参数进行了优化,考察了载流酸度、硼氢化钾浓度对荧光强度的影响。在优化条件下,浓度在0~100ug/L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数0.9997,检出限0.025ug/L,相对标准偏差0.93%,样品的加标回收率98.5%~101.6%。该法灵敏度高,准确性好,分析快速、操作简单。用于洗洁精中砷的测定,结果令人满意。
A method was adopted for the determination of arsenic in dishwashing detergent by sequence injectionhydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with the sample being digested by mixed acid. The working conditions were optimized, and the influences of the acidity of carrier solution and the concentration of potassium borohydride on the fluorescence intensity were studied. In the range of 0-100ug/L, the concentration of arsenic had a linear relationship with fluorescence intensity ( r =0. 9997). The detection limit was 0.025ug/L, RSD was 0. 93% , and the recovery was 98.5%-101.6%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and the results for the determination of arsenic in dishwashing detergent are satisfactory.
