摘要
目的研究前房维持器在白内障超声乳化吸出术中的应用特点，以提高手术的安全性及成功率。方法68例（71眼）白内障行超声乳化吸出术，术中均应用前房维持器。结果术后两组病例3－5天视力>0．5达90％，术后1月以上达96％，术后角膜散光较同类切口者小。结论前房维持器使用简单有效，能维持恒定前房深度及眼内压，减少术中、术后并发症。
To study the use of anterior chamber maintainer (ACM) during phacoemulsification (phaco) in order to increase safetyand success of cataract surgery .Methods We performed phaco on 68patients (71 eyes) with ACM. Results The postoperative visual acuityof most patients is>0.5(90% ) in 3 ~ 5 days,improving to 96% after one month. The postoperative astigmatism was low. Conclusions Theuse of ACM is easy and effective. It can control a constant depth of theanterior chamber and intraoperative intraocular pressure, reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications.
