摘要
服务创新活动的开展越来越依赖良好的团队氛围,团队氛围已经成为服务创新的关键因素。为此,结合团队氛围的内涵和图书馆服务创新的内容,从知识共享及模型构建方面剖析了基于团队氛围的图书馆服务创新机理,为图书馆服务创新的实践活动提供理论指导和研究方法。
Since service innovation activities increasingly depend on good team climate, team climate has become a key factor for service innovation. Based on the connotation of team climate and contents of service innovation, the author analyzes the service innovation mechanism, aiming at providing theoretical guidance and research methods for the practice of library.
