摘要
目的:对京大戟中大戟二烯醇进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(92∶8),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210nm,柱温25℃。结果:大戟二烯醇进样量在1.388~10.41μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为97.1%(RSD=1.7%)。结论:本方法能够准确测定京大戟中大戟二烯醇的含量。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of euphol content in Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis.Methods:The chromatographic procedure was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(92∶8)at a flow of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The temperature of column was 25 ℃.Results:The linear range of euphol was 1.388-10.41 μg(r=0.9999),and the average recovery(n=6)was 97.1% with RSD of 1.7%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive for determination of euphol in Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis.
