摘要
本文叙述了气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)在水稻抗性次生物质检测中的应用,介绍了水稻抗虫、抗病、抗草的次生物质及其色谱技术测定筛选的利用,建议此技术在水稻抗病筛选中的运用。
This paper developed the techniques,mainly Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry（GC-MS）and High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC）for analyzing the rice secondary compounds.The secondary compounds of rice resistant to insects,pathology and weeds and its detection by chromatographic techniques were introduced and their application for screening disease resistant rice varieties was recommended.
