摘要
深色羊毛羊绒混纺产品难以清晰观察鳞片状态而达到准确定量,剥色处理是最直接有效的办法。本文研究了利用保险粉对深色羊毛羊绒产品进行剥色处理,通过直观观察、显微镜观察以及白绒鳞片处理前后对比等评价方法,确定了适合实际检验所需要的剥色方法。
It is difficult to observe the scale shape of wool or cashmere fiber if they are deep-dyed,thus,to obtain the accurate content of cashmere is impossible.Stripping is the most immediate and efficient method to resolve the problem.In this paper,hydrosulphite is applied to the stripping of deep-dyed product.Through visual and microscopic observation as well as scale shape comparison of white cashmere before and after the same stripping treatment,the comprehensive effects of different stripping methods are properly appraised and the optimum stripping method is chosen for cashmere content analysis.
