摘要
为实现光纤传感中微弱光强的稳定性检测,介绍了一种基于光电传感芯片OPT211和单片机STC89C52RC的新型数字式光纤传感检测系统。系统包含有恒流驱动电路、光接收元件、调理电路、AD采集和显示电路。该设计满足光纤传感检测技术要求。系统实现了0~5V电压范围、1mV分辨率和1‰精度的传感检测,具有抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、线性度好和分辨率高特点。
To achieve stable detection of weak light-intensity in optical fiber sensor,This paper presents a design method of new digital fiber-optic sensor detection system based on the photoelectric sensor chip OPT211 and STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer.Detection system is composed by constant current drive circuit,light receiving device,signal conditioning circuit,AD Acquisition and display circuit.This design meet the requirements of optical fiber sensor technology.The system has achieved the 0~5 V voltage range,1 mV resolution and precision of 1‰ on sensor detection.With anti-interference ability,good stability,good linearity and high resolution characteristics.
