摘要 三气隙永磁接触器是一种新型节能接触器,与现有永磁接触器相比较,没有线圈断电时的失压保护要求。介绍了这种接触器的结构和工作原理,用三维有限元方法计算了这种接触器的磁系统的磁场分布和静态吸力特性,分析了几何参数对其静特性的影响,提出了这种永磁接触器的特点。 Three gaps permanent magnet contactor was a new type of energy saving contactor, comparing with the existing permanent magnet contactor, it didn't require protection When winding loses the voltage. The configuration and principle of the permanent magnet contactor was introduced, the magnetic field and the static characteristic calculated by using 3D finite element method. The effect of the geometric paraneter on static characteristic was analyzed, and the specific feature was proposed for this permanent magnet contactor as well.
