摘要
建立了超深水简化井身结构的井口系统力学分析模型,研究了简化井身结构安全性分析流程,分析了简化井身结构承载能力并与常规井身结构进行对比,研究了导管和套管环空内固井水泥返高变化对井口安全性的影响;结果表明:简化井身结构不满足极限工况井口强度要求,上部需配置2根20in套管单根,仅有上部环空内的固井质量对井口安全性具有显著性影响,极限工况下固井水泥返高的最低要求为3m。
A mechanical analysis model of the wellhead system for simplified well structure was established and the safety analysis flowsheet of simplified well structure was studied,load-bearing capacity of the simplified well structure was analyzed and compared with that of conventional well structure,the impact of the flowback height of cementing mud in the annulus between conductor and casings on wellhead safety was researched.The results show that two joints of the 20in casing should be supplied in the upper part because simplified wellhead could not meet the requirements of the wellhead strength and the cement quality of the upper annulus has obvious influence on wellhead safety.The minimum flowback height requirement for cementing mud was 3 m under extreme operating conditions.
