摘要
目的建立复方制剂莪红片中羟基红花黄色素A含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。C18反相色谱分析柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸（26：2：72）为流动相,流速：1.0 ml/min,柱温：30℃,波长：403 nm。结果羟基红花黄色素A在2.0070.00μg/m l浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994。回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.48%（n=9）。结论本法简单易行,结果准确可靠,适用于莪红片中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method determination Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Pill of E Hong tablets.Methods The content of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Pill of E Hong tablets was determined and separated by high performance liquid chromatography.C18 column was used,with methyl-acetonitrile-0.7 phosphoric acid（26∶2∶72）,as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and room temperature of 25℃.Ultravioletdetection wave-length was 403 nm.Results The standard curve for Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed a linear correlation in the range of 2.00-70.00 μg/ml（r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 98.67% and RSD was 1.48%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Pill of E Hong tablets.
