摘要 合成了一种新型的聚羧酸类高效减水剂。通过对净浆流动度试验和混凝土试验研究了该减水剂的分散性能。结果表明该产品是一种用量少、分散性能好、流动保持性能好,与不同水泥的相容性好、不含甲醛的高效减水剂。折固掺量为0.3%,水灰比为0.29时,水泥净浆流动度可达280 mm,且60 min内坍落度基本不变。 A new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer has been synthesized.From the tests of fluidityof cement grout and concrete properties,it can be seen that the product has many merits including lower dosage,better dispersibility,flow-keeping ability and compatibility with different cements.Besides,it is a green admixture without formaldehyde.The fluidity of cement grout can reach as high as 280 mm at the neat copolymer usage of 0.3%,water-cement ratio 0.29 and no slump loss occurs within 60 minutes.
