摘要
采用两种化学镀钯方法(次磷酸钠还原法和肼基还原法)在Nb49Ni25Ti26合金基底上制备Pd(钯)沉积膜,并对两种Pd膜进行XRD结构分析和SEM形貌表征,结果表明,次磷酸钠还原法制备的Pd膜颗粒沉积致密,排列聚集,颗粒尺寸均匀。氢分离电化学性能测试结果表明,以次磷酸钠为还原剂制备的非晶态Pd膜更有利于氢在合金中扩散,具有更高的氢扩散系数。
Pd electroless plating films using two methods(sodium hypophosphite reduction method,hydrazine reduction method) were prepared on Nb49Ni25Ti26 alloy substrates.Pd membranes were analysised by means of XRD and SEM,which imported the Pd film of sodium hypophosphite reduction method is dense particles,ordered aggregation,particle size uniformity;and the results of electrochemical hydrogen separation performance test showed that Pd films of sodium hypophosphite reduction method are more conducive to the diffusion of hydrogen in the alloys,with a higher hydrogen diffusion coefficient.
