摘要
目的：探讨逆行掌背部复合组织瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床治疗效果。方法：2005年10月~2010年10月我院采用逆行掌背部复合组织瓣修复手指皮肤缺损136例,分析手术适应证、皮瓣的选择、静脉回流方式、复合组织移植的种类及远期疗效。结果：136例患者的掌背部复合组织瓣术后均成活,受区手指外形及功能均满意,手指背供区外形功能正常。结论：逆行掌背部复合组织瓣修复手指皮肤缺损具有操作简单,成功率高,与受区皮肤质地、色泽接近等优点,是修复手指皮肤缺损较为理想的手术方法,具有临床推广价值。
Objective：To investigate effects of repairing finger skin defections with retrograde dorsal metacarpal flap.Methods：Data of 136 cases that were treated during January 2005 and October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,including surgical indications,choice of flap,venous reflux,types of transplanted tissues and long-term effects.Results：All flap transplantations were successful in these cases,with satisfying shape and functions of the involved fingers as well as normal functions of areas where flaps were transplanted from.Conclusions：With advantages of high success rate,and simple surgical procedures,retrograde dorsal metacarpal flap transplantation is an idea treatment for finger skin defection since skin texture and color of the involved areas are similar.
