摘要
[目的]研究长白山橐吾的耐热性,为其在夏季高温地区的推广应用提供理论依据。[方法]以长白山4种橐吾为试验材料,研究其在不同高温胁迫时间下的生理生化变化。[结果]随着高温胁迫时间的延长,不同橐吾品种膜透性迅速升高,POD和SOD活性先升高后下降,脯氨酸含量不断升高,其中耐热品种POD和SOD活性高于热敏感品种,且下降幅度低。[结论]白毛橐吾、狭苞橐吾、蹄叶橐吾可以耐受短暂高温,能够在城市安全越夏。
[Objective]To provide theoretical basis for the popularization and application of Ligularia in summer at high temperature areas,the heat resistance of Ligularia from Changbai mountain were studied.[Method]Taking four Ligularia of Changbai Mountains as the test material,the physiological and biochemical changes of different times at high temperature stress were studied.[Result]With the strengthening of high temperature stress,membrane permeability of different varieties of Ligularia increased rapidly,POD and SOD activities were first increased and then decreased,the content of Proline rising,which POD and SOD activities of heatresistant varieties were higher than heatsensitivity varieties,and decreased lower.[Conclusion]L.villosum,L.intermedia and L.fischeri could tolerant transient high temperature,and be safety in summer of urban.
