摘要
肝纤维化是慢性肝病重要的病理特征,也是进一步向肝硬化发展的主要中间环节。血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)是一种普遍存在的促细胞活化、分裂及增殖的细胞因子,在肝纤维化的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就PDGF与肝纤维化的研究进展做一综述。
Hepatic fibrosis is an important pathological feature in chronic liver disease, and it is the key of further development of liver cirrhosis.Platelet-derived growth factor（PDGF） is a cytokine which promotes cell activation,division and proliferation.It plays an important role in the development of hepatic fibrosis.In this paper,we will make a review about the advances of the relationship between PDGF and hepatic fibrosis.
