摘要
知识集成是知识创新的基础,是各类组织拥有持久竞争优势的重要条件.立足于详实的文献资料,对国内外主要的知识集成研究进行了较为全面的梳理.介绍了知识集成的含义,分析了计算机科学领域和管理领域对知识集成的研究情况,在此基础上,指出当前知识集成的研究热点、现有研究存在的问题以及今后的研究方向.这对进一步深化理论研究具有更好的针对性和借鉴意义,对于丰富和完善知识管理理论和集成理论具有重要的基础性作用.
Knowledge integration（KI） is not only the basis of knowledge innovation,but also the important condition for different organizations to get sustainable competition advantage.Based on the previous literatures,it offers a synergetic view of the research on KI.Firstly,it introduces the meaning of KI.Then,it analyzes the research status of KI in fields of computer science and management.Finally,it points out the hot spots,key issues and directions in KI research.It is beneficial for future theoretical study to have better pertinence and reference,and plays a fundamental role in enriching the theories of knowledge management and integration.
