摘要
当前加强教师管理已成为发达国家和地区教育改革的重要趋势。台湾高等职业教育师资评鉴体系特点具有评鉴指标量化、评鉴人员结构全面合理、评鉴内容全面广泛、评鉴注重人性化等方面的特色,特别是其注重强调教师工作与教学经验、"双师"能力评价、实务技术研发、进修培训等考核办法,对于大陆高职院校教师管理可提供一定的借鉴。
Currently strengthening the teachers′ management has become a trend in the developed countries and area.The characteristic of teachers′ evaluation system of Taiwan higher vocational education falls under five main factors: quantified evaluation,reasonable staff structure of evaluation,a wide range of evaluation content,evaluation focused on human nature,esp.on teachers′ work and teaching experience,assessment methods to teachers with "double quality",research of practical technique,training and further education.All these can provide certain successful experiences to the higher vocational colleges in the mainland.
