摘要
农业生产要素配置不合理、市场化体系缺失等结构性缺陷正成为制约农业产业发展的主要因素之一。从农业产业结构性问题出发,指出农业信息化在提高农业生产素质、改进农业市场信息流转方面发挥了重要作用,并提出通过构建农业信息化环境、完善软硬件基础来优化农业产业结构、推动农业产业升级的对策和建议。
Such structural defects as irrational allocation of agriculture production factors and lack of market-oriented system have constituted the major factor constraining agriculture development.Starting from the problems of agriculture structure,this paper indicates the significant role of agriculture information in improving the quality of agriculture production and the information flow in agriculture market.Meanwhile,the paper makes suggestions and recommendations for optimizing agriculture structure and promoting agriculture upgrading by means of the construction of agriculture information environment and consummation of the software and hardware bases.
