摘要
战略性新兴产业是新兴科技和新兴产业的一个深度结合，对于促进经济社会可持续发展具有强大的引领作用。在分析战略性新兴产业特征的基础上，介绍了国外发展战略性新兴产业的产学研模式，并对武汉市发展战略性新兴产业的产学研合作提出了建议。
Strategic Emerging Industry, the combination of new technology and emerging industry, has a strong leading role in promoting economic and social sustainable development. This paper introduces industry-university-research cooperation model overseas based on the characteristics of strategic emerging industry, and gives some suggestions for Wuhan.
