摘要
通过模拟方法研究了脲酶抑制剂和温度影响下的土壤脲酶热力学特征。结果表明,HQ使活化能Ea、温度系数Q10和活化焓变ΔH略有降低,而PPD和NBPT则使它们略有增大。随温度升高,土壤脲酶热力学参数逐渐降低。相关分析表明,仅有活化能Ea与土壤肥力密切相关,表明应用热力学参数评价土壤肥力的高低还需要进一步的证实。
In this study,the thermodynamic parameters of soil urease under the influence of urease inhibitors and temperature were investigated.The results show that thermodynamic parameters Ea,Q10 and ΔH with HQ treatment slightly decrease,but those with PPD and NBPT treatments slightly increase.As temperature increases,the thermodynamic parameters of soil urease decrease.Correlational analysis indicates that there is a close correlation between activation energy(Ea) and soil fertility,which shows that a further study is required to determine whether thermodynamic parameters of enzymes can be used as the indexes for evaluating soil fertility.
