以中冶长天国际工程有限责任公司项目管理信息化实践为例,分析了基于P6数据库建设项目管理平台的重要性与可行性,并通过大量功能模块的具体阐述,介绍了基于P6数据库建设项目管理平台的经验。
Taking for example the practice of information-based project management in Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co.,Ltd,the importance and feasibility of constructing project management platform based P6 database were analyzed,and through details of a great number of function modules,the experience of constructing project management platform based on P6 database was introduced.
