摘要
目的 探讨高位复杂肛瘘的微创治疗方法,研究脱细胞真皮基质在高位复杂肛瘘中的应用价值.方法 32例高位复杂肛瘘患者,采用低位瘘管切开、内口挂线,高位支管脱细胞真皮基质填塞治疗.结果 32例患者中有26例获得一期治愈,6例患者治疗失败,改行肛瘘切开挂线术后痊愈.高位复杂肛瘘治愈率81.2%.结论 应用脱细胞真皮基质材料治疗高位复杂肛瘘具有一定的优势,但尚需进一步总结经验.
Objective To explore the minimally invasive treatment for high complex anal fistula and the application of acellular dermal matrix in this disease. Methods In the 32 cases of high complex anal fistula, the procedures were adopted, including low fistula incision, thread - drawing at the internal opening, high branch pipe acellular dermal matrix packing. The clinical efficacy was observed. Resuits In the 32 patients,26 were primarily cured, and 6 patients experienced failure and then recovered by conversion to incision - thread - drawing procedure. Conclusion Application of acellular dermal matrix materials in the treatment of high complex anal fistula possesses advantages, but more experiences need to be accumulated.
