摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,但同时也存在某些问题,主要体现为东、中、西部地区经济发展的不协调。区域经济发展的不协调是世界各国经济发展的共同现象,而引起这种现象的原因是多方面的,主要是由于历史累积因素、政策因素、基础设施建设的差异、产业结构的不合理、科技教育的差异等原因造成。为此,提出了需要按照市场需求逐步调整国家投资的地区布局、建立规范的财政拨款制度、进一步扩大中西部地区对外开放的程度、推动东部地区与中西部地区间的经济技术协作、推进所有制结构的多元化、加快产业结构的战略调整、加快中西部劳动力转移等对策建议来加快我国区域经济未来的协调发展。
Despite the remarkable achievements made in China＇s economic construction since the reform and open policy,problems exist,of which unbalanced development in the eastern,central and western regions is one of the most serious.In fact,unbalanced regional economic development is a common phenomenon worldwide,largely due to the historical factors,policy factors,gaps in infrastructure construction,the irrational industrial structure,differences in science,technology and education and etc.Therefore,in order to accelerate the coordinated development of regional economy in the future,this paper proposed some suggestions such as gradually adjusting the regional distribution of national investment based on market demand,establishing a standardized financial allocation system,further expanding the level of opening up in the central and western regions,promoting the economic and technological cooperation between the eastern region and the midwest region,promoting the diversification of the ownership structure,and speeding up the strategic adjustment of the industrial structure.
