摘要
本文总结了西方决策伦理评价的理论基础。在将决策伦理评价方法分为规范性模型和描述性模型的基础上，对常用的模型、方法进行了评述。针对我国学者的决策伦理研究进行了简约的总结，对面临的问题提出了展望。
The paper reviews the basic theories and models of the western ethical decision-making. The author put forward that the ethical decision-making models exist two classes-normative models and describe models, and remark those models. The paper summarizes and prospects the studies of ethical decision-making in China.
