摘要
分析了曲柄滑块机构的运动特性,得出滑块坐标和速度的精确运动表达式,并用编程语言VB 6.0对曲柄滑块机构进行运动仿真,输出仿真图形和结果,直观地揭示了滑块的运动规律,为机构的动力分析和优化设计提供参考依据。这样的研究方法可以应用于各种机构的运动分析,对于教学和生产实践具有广泛的意义。
The motion characteristic of slider-crank mechanism is analyzed while the location and the speed expression of the slider are attained in this paper.The slider-crank mechanism is simulated in VB environment.This program can draw simulation graphics and intuitive reveal the rule of the slider＇s movement.This research method can be applied to motion analysis of a variety of machines and has a broad sense for teaching and production.
