摘要
目的研究乙型肝炎病毒基因型与血清病毒量及纤维化的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应结合Taqm anMGB探针技术对我院191例患者进行HBV基因分型。结果 191例中单B型72例(37.7%),C型108例(56.5%),BC型6例(3.1%),非B非C型5例(2.6%)。C型HBV DNA值明显高于B型(P<0.01)。肝纤维化四项及F ibroscan检查C型高于B型,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论江苏地区HBV基因型以C型为主,B型次之,发现少数BC型及非B非C型。C型病毒复制活跃,纤维化程度明显。
Objective To study the relationship between HBV genotypes with quantity of serum virus and hepatic fibrosis.Methods The HBV genotypes of 191 patients in Jiangsu province were detected by realtime quantitative PCR and Taqman MGB probe technology.Results Genotype Band C were determined: 37.7%(72/191) were genotype B,56.5%(108/191) genotype C,3.1%(6/191) genotype B+C and 2.6%(5/191) genotype NBNC.The HBV DNA level of genotype C was significantly higher than that of genotype B(P0.01),and the levels of four blood markers on hepatic fibrosis and the clinic value of Fibroscan of genotype C were higher than those of genotype B(P0.01).Conclusion HBV genotype C are the predominant HBV genotype in Jiangsu province,then are HBV genotype B,and the HBV genotype B+C and NBNC are few.The results indicated that genotype C is associated with active HBV replication and the development of liver cirrhosis.
