益生菌防治畜禽肠道感染的作用机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 益生菌对人和动物机体健康起到不可忽视的作用,并通过多种途径弥补了抗生素和疫苗的不足,为人类健康和获得安全的食品开辟了新的途径。益生菌预防和治疗肠道疾病的主要作用机制是竞争性地排斥病原菌粘附并产生多种抑菌物质,从而维持肠道内微生物区系的平衡,达到防病、治病的目的,进而提高宿主日粮消化率和促进营养物质的吸收。本文主要以乳酸菌为例,综述了益生菌防治畜禽肠道感染的应用效果、主要作用机制、选择要求、应用现状及发展趋势。
