经尿道前列腺电切术后24小时内拔除尿管的临床观察(附60例报告) 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后24 h内拔除尿管的可行性。方法:2009年10月～2010年4月采用经尿道前列腺腔内剜除法治疗BPH患者60例,均于术后24 h内停止持续膀胱冲洗并拔除尿管。拔管后观察患者排尿情况,次日行中段尿细菌培养,出院前测定尿流率。出院后随访3个月。结果:60例术后因急性尿潴留而需再次留置尿管者3例.2例中段尿细菌培养阳性。随访期间前尿道狭窄和球膜交界处尿道狭窄各1例。其余患者排尿通畅,感觉满意。结论:前列腺电切术后早期拔除尿管风险小、收益大、临床可行.值得推广。
