摘要
西安作为中国服务外包示范城市之一,市政府已出台多项举措,大力发展软件服务外包产业及培养软件服务外包人才。文章介绍了西安文理学院作为西安市软件服务外包人才培训基地,在应用型软件服务外包人才培养实践中的经验,提出应用型软件服务外包人才培养的思路。
As a model city for software outsourcing in China,Xi’an has introduced a great number of supportive policies to support the development of software outsourcing industry and software outsourcing personnel training.As Xi’an University of Arts and Science is the training base of software outsourcing in Xi’an,the experience in the specifically practical work of applied software outsourcing personnel training mode are introduced and the relevant training ideas are also proposed in this paper.
