摘要
以甘蔗品种新台糖22号为试验材料,研究了不同氮肥施用量对甘蔗生理生化性状、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,甘蔗叶片的叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量随着施氮量的增加而增加,硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力随施氮量的增加而增强;但随着氮肥施用量的增加,甘蔗蔗糖分没有显著增加,甚至出现下降的趋势。其中施氮量675 kg/ha处理的甘蔗产量最高。施氮量225 kg/ha处理的蔗糖品质最优。
The present study has been conducted to find out the effects of different amount of nitrogen fertilizer on physiological characteristics, yield and quality of sugarcane variety ROC22. The results showed that, with increase in the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, chlorophyll and protein content, nitrate reductase and root activity increased, while sucrose content did not varied much, and showed a downward trend. The yield of sugarcane was found highest when the sugarcane was treated with 675 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer, however, the quality was found best @ 225 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer application.
