摘要
塑料瓶盖结构较复杂,应用模流分析软件Moldflow确定点浇口的具体位置,并着重阐述了侧抽芯机构、脱螺纹机构的设计要点和模具工作原理;通过采用塑件断面止转结构,成功解决了完整内螺纹塑件自动脱模困难等问题,提高了塑件质量和生产效率。
The structure of plastic bottle cap is complex. The pin gate position was determined by using the Moldflow analyse software. The design issues of side cores mechanism and the mold working principle were mainly described. The problems such as difficult to automatic demold of fully internal thread plastic piece were successfully solved by using the plastic piece section lock rotate mechanism,thus improving the quality and production efficiency of plastic pieces.
