摘要
阐述了水平摘锭式采棉机采摘头的基本组成、传动结构及工作原理,并分析了影响采摘头工作性能的诸多因素以及采摘头核心零部件对采棉装置采摘性能的影响。通过分析,能更加深入地了解采棉机采摘原理,对于提高采棉效率与质量有很重要的意义。
This paper introduces the fundamental components, driving structure and working principle of a horizontal spindle-type cotton picker, then roughly analyzes several factors influencing the working performance of the cotton picker. We can know ＂the picking principles of cotton picker better through analyzing the working principle of the spindle. This work has important meanings to improve the efficiency and quality of cotton picking.
