摘要
目的：探讨晚期妊娠羊水过少对妊娠结局的不良影响。方法：对我院2008年1月~2010年6月120例羊水过少病例,设为观察组;随机选择同期132例羊水正常病例进行对比,设为对照组,并将两组临床资料进行分析。结果：观察组妊娠并发症、胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡的发生率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：羊水过少易发生不良妊娠结局,应严密监护,适时终止妊娠。
Objective： To study the influence of oligohydramnios on pregnant outcome in the third trimester.Methods： A retrospective study was performed on the data of 120 patients with oligohydramnios（as the observation group）,and compared with 132 patients with normal amniotic fluid volume（as the control group） from January 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital.Results： The incidence of pregnant complications,fetal distress,amniotic pollution,neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Oligohydramnios during pregnancy is harmful to the maternal and neonatal health.The patients with oligohydramnios should be monitored strictly and carefully.Pregnancy should be terminated timely if necessary.
