摘要
研究溴化对-特辛基酚醛硫化树脂(201树脂)对IIR动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着201树脂用量的增大,IIR硫化胶的损耗峰明显向高温方向移动,最大损耗因子呈减小趋势;在较低温度下,IIR硫化胶的储能模量(E′)随201树脂用量的增大逐渐减小;在较高温度下,IIR硫化胶的E′随201树脂用量的增大逐渐增大,损耗模量降低的平台逐渐升高。
The effect of brominated p-tert-octyl phenolic-formadehyde curing resin(201 resin) on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of 201 resin increased,the tanδ peaks of IIR vulcanizates shifted to higher temperature zone,and the maximum value of tanδ tended to decrease;at low temperature,the storage modulus(E′) of IIR vulcanizate decreased gradually;however,at high temperature range,the E′ increased gradually,and the platform of loss modulus elevated gradually.
