摘要
电力信息化在电力企业的发展过程中尤为重要。随着信息化步伐的加快,数据交换和共享的标准化、规范化要求也越来越迫切。标准化数据交换模型遵循IEC61970标准,结合我国电力企业建设的发展状况而建立,已成为解决上述问题的重要途径。通过对IEC61970标准中的公共信息模型(CIM)的分析,采用统一建模语言(UML)对其描述,并进行统一的部署和管理控制,以满足各业务系统之间的数据交换需求,解决电力企业数据中心建设中数据集成的标准化问题。
Power information is very important to the development of electric power enterprises. With the rapid development of information technology, the demand for standardization of data exchange and sharing increases more and more. Standardized data exchange model which follows international standards IEC 61970, combined with the development of China power enterprises, has become an important way to resolve this issue. This paper analyzes the Common Information Model （CIM） in IEC 61970 standard, describes the model by using Unified Modeling Language（UML）, arranges and controls the model globally, to meet the demand of data exchange in various business application systems, and to solve the standardization problem of data integration in the construction of electric power enterprises data center.
