不同土壤类型烤烟非发挥性有机酸含量的差异 被引量:13

Difference of Non-volatile Organic Acids Content among Tobaccos Planted in Different Types of Soil

摘要 研究了云南新兴烟区施甸县3种不同类型土壤种植的烤烟中主要非挥发性有机酸含量的差异、糖酸比及其与土壤养分含量的关系。结果表明:多元有机酸在3种不同类型土壤的烟叶间存在极显著差异;其多元有机酸中的草酸和苹果酸的含量在不同土壤类型中高低依次为:黄壤土>红壤土>黄红土。而其柠檬酸含量是红壤土>黄壤土>黄红土。在香气量和质上,黄壤土所产烟叶优于其他两种土壤类型,这与黄壤土中养分含量可能有着密切的关系。高级脂肪酸中的月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸在3种土壤类型烟叶中存在显著差异,而其棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸和硬脂酸则无显著差异。3种土壤类型烤烟中的糖酸比有着极显著差异,其过渡型黄红壤中的比值大于2,超过了糖酸比正常范围,其烟叶品质可能不及黄壤和红壤土上的烟叶。 The difference of major non-volatile organic acids content,ratio of sugar to acid in tobacco,which planted in three different soil types in Shidian County,Yunnan province,and their relationships with soil nutrients content in the three different soil types were researched.The results indicated that polybasic organic acids had extremely significant differences among tobacco leaves planted in three different soil types,in which,the content of oxalic acid and malic acid in different soil types was ordered as follows: yellow soilred soilyellow red soil,the content of citric acid was ordered as follows: red soilyellow soilyellow red soil;the tobacco leaf produced from the yellow soil was better than that produced from the other two soil types in quantity and quality of the aroma,it may relate to the nutrients content in the yellow soil.Among all of the higher fatty acids,the contents of lauric acid and myristic acid had significant differences among tobacco leaves planted in three different soil types,but the contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid,oleic acid and stearic acid showed no significant differences among them.The ratio of sugar to acid in tobacco planted in three different soil types had extremely significant differences,the ratio of the transitional yellow red soil was higher than 2,which exceeded the normal range of the ratio of sugar to acid,and quality of tobacco leaves from this soil type may be worse than that from yellow soil or red soil.
