生物核桃壳反应器深度处理造纸废水挂膜实验

摘要 实验研究生物核桃壳反应器处理造纸废水的启动及运行,生物核桃壳反应器挂膜启动初期,同时考察了进水氨氮负荷以及COD负荷对生物核桃壳反应器处理效果的影响。结果表明,反应器COD、NH3-N、TN的去除率均随着氨氮负荷和有机负荷的增加而呈现波动变化,氨氮去除率仍能够维持在90%以上。 The startup and operation of bio-walnuts shell-reactor for pulp wastewater were studied. At the beginning of the bio- walnuts sheU-reactor hanging film, the influences of the influent NH3-N load and COD load on treatment effect were investigated. The result showed that, the ratio of COD, NH3-N and TN removal were assumed fluctuations with the NH3-N load and COD load increasing; the removal rate was stable when the influent NH3-N load was low and the removal rate was more than 90% when the influent NH3-N reached 200mg.L-1.
