摘要
原油生产过程中伴生的天然气及气田试采阶段的天然气往往不能得到合理利用,很多被放空燃烧掉了,导致资源浪费及安全隐患,世界各国已开始重视天然气放空问题。为此,结合国内外天然气放空及治理情况,对大庆油田伴生气和气田气放空的原因进行了分析,提出了大庆油田天然气放空的治理措施:①增加伴生气处理装置总体规模;②完善湿气调配系统;③完善集气返输系统;④扩建储气库;⑤应用CNG橇装化技术。实施上述措施将有助于节能减排目标的实现。
Generally,the associated gas in the crude oil production process and the natural gas from the trial production can not be appropriately utilized.Unfortunately,most of them are vented and burned,which will result in resource waste and potential safety hazards.Obviously,this issue has become a global focus.In view of this,based on an analysis of gas venting and relevant measures at home and abroad,this paper accordingly analyzes the reasons for the venting of the associated gas and reservoir gas of the Daqing Oilfield.Besides,the following measures are presented: to increase the associated gas treatment facilities;to improve the wet gas distributing system;to improve the gas gathering and transmission system;to expand the gas storage;to apply CNG skid-mounted technology.All those above will help achieve the goal of emission reduction.
