摘要
论述了虚拟原型实验仿真(VPES)的研究内容,并实现一种基于虚拟现实技术(VR)塑料注射成型的可视化交互式仿真技术,采用P_(ro)/E进行成型设备的三维建模,同时提出了模拟注射成型过程运动仿真的方法,结合基于三维模型的注射成型FEA技术,创建注射成型仿真系统。并以一产品为冽,建立了一套"设计一分析一优化"虚拟原型仿真系统。
The research substance of Virtual Prototyping Experiment Simulation are discussed in this paper. Visual interactive simulation system based on VR for plastic injection molding was proposed and completed. Key techniques (FEA, Pro/E, movement sinmlating approach) of the system were described in detail. Create Injection Molding Simulation System. As a example, a set of Design, Analysis and optimization is established successfully.
